Industrial designer, Escola Elisava of Barcelona (2008).
Currently leads the direction Boo design in Barcelona, a personal project where it produces and publishes products of a high aesthetic value functional using the aluminum plate and techniques typically combined with other industrial materials and processes.
As a professional pursues a design based on the experiences and observed the surroundings and the practical solutions and industry, those that go unnoticed to become evident. Restless and seduced by creating series, experiments with materials, techniques and molds to produce unique objects, which are among the line between craft and industry.
His designs have been selected for the Delta Awards ADI years 2012 and 2013 and won the Prix Review 2013 Cabinet of the project Boo in Barcelona. The stool has been Bikini Design Awards finalist for Recycling Waste Agency of Catalonia. It has recently been initiated in the illustration; fruit conceive its designs from drawing, creating a style stroke fast and simple.
The project realized in the tallerBDN working with Jordi Esteve and consists of the following objectives:
1. Increase the knowledge of techniques used in sculpture, such as plaster molds, silicones and alginates for reproductions. The material streams can vary from ceramic materials, such as resin, obtaining various finishes well as employee base material.
2. Obtained a solid foundation on the technique will work and implement the knowledge gained by making copies of parts, or other objects; which may be part of the human body, animal products, plants, etc. These objects could be modified or hybridized with others in order to find possible use functional or sculptural piece.
3. Using the technique that provides repeatability of molds or small series production will be investigated and finishes on each piece. Bathrooms and paints, varnishes, vitrificants in case of ceramic or clay
4. The ultimate goal is to have a defined set of pieces that are part of a series or short series.
